Great career stepping stone

The working is a environment where the systems are not yet fully established. Entrepreneurial solutions are demanded from you daily. With the teams also being closely nit and stationed together, it helps us to brain storm through the challenges faced.

Pros: Flexibility
Cons: Poor systems

How to deal with pressure

This specific job has definitely taught me how to work under pressure. I enjoy working under pressure because I believe it helps me grow. In my previous experience, I always worked well during deadlines, and I always learned how to work more efficiently afterwards.

Pros: Skill development
Cons: No room for growth

Ever changing, fast paced and tons of last minute changes.

Starting nice and early as I prefer to do, generally doing site inspections, liasing with contractors and plenty of emails and on-site meetings is what a general day entails. Learnt how to be patient with co-workers as we do not always have the same time line as each other to complete tasks and I tend to be a quick problem solver. Most challenging part is having people in management who do not have in my opinion sufficient experience and are much younger than myself.

Pros: Stable hours
Cons: No promotional opportunities
