Excellent learning curve and experience gained

A typical day in my work day would include a minimum of 5 fixed appointments which were pre prepped the day or night before to arm myself with an insight into my prospects business. Steategising and identifying potential solutions as well as market trends and competitors behavior and patterns. Cold calling and identifying other prospects as well as admin and submission of sales report. Closing on average 3 deals per day is my minimum personal benchmark and keeping my pipeline continuously flowing.

Culture

It's a great company with new and inovating with the transformation from print to digital. It's a struggle with fulfilment however the oportunities are great. I inovating ways to generate sales is a challenge.

Pros: Company is going through change so there is opprtunities for development in new depts
Cons: The change from print to digital is a challenge using print systems

Have the ability to sell with ease and in turn with the success

Dedicated and self driven with an outstanding client satisfaction history and superior work ethic. Having worked in a wide range of sales and device environments.in both sales and management capacities.

Pros: Structured environment where the training is given and there is always back up.
Cons: The computers and the speed of the internet is too slow....

Diligence leads to excellent learning

Good relationships with co workers leading to an influential leadership style. I enjoy challenges and because I expose myself to a large area of work and not only confine myself to finance, I have learnt about the operational aspects of the business which helps me understand some of the strategic decisions and some of the challenges in achieving said decisions. I've learnt alot about the IT landscape and enjoyed the operational part of the business.

Pros: The people are great
Cons: No opportunity for growth.

Always available to learn more.

I am a very dynamic person by nature and grasp concepts with ease. I'm a hard worker who set's goals and achieve's them. I have the temperament to adapt to different situations and environments. I feel that I would be an asset to any working environment.

Good learning curve

The work experience was okay. I did learn a lot about website building and working with different people in order to solve certain design problems. However, the web builder used was only specific to the company which is limiting as many companies may think I am incompetent in my work as I used a system they are not familiar with. But overall the environment was bareable as I was sometimes allowed to work from home and leave early if I finished my work before knock off time.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain work experience
Cons: Permanent work was never offered to graduates
