Excellent learning curve

Working at Tronox KZN sands is quite a good experience for me I am actually learning a lot since I came with no work experience. I've learnt how to scan documents, photocopying, typing mails, making of spread sheets, housekeeping, coordinating meetings, taking meeting minutes, recruitment and answering calls. I have a good relationship with co-worker, they are people who are easy to work with. I really enjoy doing my the challenge is that I'm not a permanent employee so I need a permanent job so that my future will be secured.

Pros: Great opportunities for promotions.
Cons: Long working hours but if willingly to be done,no one is compulsory to work without willing.

Diversity

I enjoy working in the engineering sector. I work with a diverse culture of people. This allows me to learn something new everyday and also pass my knowkedge onto the people I work with. I oversee the execution of all engineering project in the manufacturing plants, where there are as many as 60 people reporting to me. I have have good communication skills, which allows me to get our work done smoothly.

Excellent learning team

The company I worked made the man I am today who knows and understand how important to ask anything about work if I don’t understand so that I will work comfortably in a work place. I learned many skills like time management, presentation skills and many other skills.
