Hard working and dedicated

A typical day for me at work will be, to draw the age analysis of the necessary accounts I require payment/s from. Look at what has been receipted and do the necessary payment allocation, to update the account status. I supervise our billing department to ensure they do hat they are supposed to, to ensure enough cash flow can be generated for the month. I work closely with all departments, creditors and invoicing and report directly to my financial manager. I have learnt a lot on how to approach people, especially when it comes to money and that each person needs a different approach. I love the relationships I've built with my clients and I hate begging for money, explaining the same thing a million times knowing they know the rules of business.

I am a hard working individual who is always willing to learn and love working with people

I am currently working at Travel with Flair as a Scanner(Data Capture)and my responsibilities are to Scan supplier invoices/client orders into papertrail,Batching & checking of invoices against orders and vouchers, Capture each document accurately, Performing other clerical duties as needed, Assist with filing for consultant floor, Quality checking of all documents handed over to invoicing department.

I'm a hard worker.I'm confident.I m easy to get.give customers a good service.

Always working as a group.if there is a problem at the end of the day I need solution.I have enjoy travel domestic with different airline and different hotels.

Pros: The great opportunity to work with you is to grow and know the environment and learn more especially international bookings.
