Excellent stepping stone
The travelling industry it's very enjoyable because we get to assist client with their travelling needs and I feel Happy if I get to help someone might be a client or a colleague it gives me purpose that I have help someone and their are happy. As always it's always nice to learn it can be from who ever because I believe learning is growth in what ever we do in life it helps us to be stay motivated,happy and gives us sense of achievement, the Most I enjoy about my job is the interaction between me , clients and colleagues mit be face to face or over the phone the fact that I have help someone in what ever they mit need makes me enjoy my job seeing other people happy makes my day. The challenges about my job is not be able to help someone etc supplier awaiting paying it's not a good feeling because as well they have bills and workes to pay.

Excellent team player
Coming from retail in to traveling was very diffirent and challenging. I've learned a lot in the traveling industry as well as the way things were done. But what I've learned and experience was excellent,The company I work for is a very nice company,lots of fun we having as well as working hard. The people are lovely,work really well as team mates.I love working with my clients as I build a relationships with them.I love what I'm doing .Challenges are to keep my age clean,and to get monies in to keep my book clean

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
WE WORK IN A VERY BUSY ENVIROMENT,AS IT'S A TRAVELLING AGENCY AND PEOPLE TRAVEL EVERYDAY. WE HAVE A VERY CLOSE KNIT RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS AS MOST OF OUR WORK REQUIRES TEAM WORK I LEARNT PATIENCE,HOW TO HANDLE PRESSURE AND HOW TO HANDLE DIFFERENT PEOPLE I ENJOY THE COMPANY OF MY CO-WORKERS,NO MATTER HOW THE BAD THE DAY MAY BE WE ALWAYS MANAGE TO WORK HARD TO REACH TARGETS AND BE POSITIVE AND THAT'S REALLY MOTIVATING

Growth,opportunity to learn something new
A typical work day. We are 4 in our team. I have been working as a senior debtors controller for 5 years and 2 month. We have some challenges clients work differently and have different requirements you need to know each clients requirements. We work well as a team and we assist each other giving us all opportunity to learn about that specific client. What i enjoy most is resolving queries that may arise payments been done on time by clients and a good relationship we have. We also have some fun days at work where we would do activities and have competition. The most challenging aspect is when queries take forever to get resolved, client doesn't pay timeously even after the constant emails, telephone calls and visits.
Pros: I know everyone we are like a family
