It is a good place to work for, however I feel like growth is limited. The commission structure was also not satisfactory as we generate a lot of revenue but get paid a far less percentage of it

Motivation for growth

I am a self starter who thrives in a sink or swim environment.I prefer choosing exhilaration over comfort. I love traveling and seeking adventure. I believe the continuous knowledge will guide me closer to my long term aspirations along with my CIMA qualification.

Excellent learning curve

Went through a system change and 2 staff redundancies, which honed in on my management skill and ability to adapt to change. I had to get staff unskilled and motivated to work on the new system. This was alot of extra hours and detailed training sessions with slow and meticulous explanations. Dealing with the redundancies was harder, I had to accept that the company was moving forward and needs to streamline up achieve targets and goals. I Listened sms advised staff accordingly and assisted wherever I could. It was a huge learning curve for me as I needed to remove myself and see the company's big picture. I understood change is everlasting and cannot be stopped or closed down to be effective.

Great environment

- Calling for outstanding money's and assisting clients with queries and grievances - Excellent - I have learnt to be patient, precise aswell as being firm with client so that payments are made - being around different people because I love learning from all - Getting individuals to make payments on time and.
