It has ever changing leadership which presents both challenges and opportunities. It needs to improve on its succession planning strategy’s to be truly great.

I'm fast worker and with good listening skills
I'm a person who has a my ability to work hard and to reach the company target at the end of the year. I've a good communication with other people and take instruction to my supervisor. I can work with other team mates and make a good job together and working in any condition also under pressure. I'm a creative thinker able to come up with solutions when the is a problem about the production. Even when my group members work with a slower pase I inspire them to put more pressure. I'll be glad to be one of your employees and work for the company.

Fully fledge Senior Manager
It's exciting with lots of opportunities to grow and exposure to various businesses units. Highly diverse organization. People are friendly and fun to work with. Lot of collaboration with other people and departments.
Pros: Opportunity to Learn
Cons: Lot of traveling at my own cost, only to be reimbursed a month later
