Good in learning

good in learning Hard worker good listener computer literate i worked as a general worker at Transman. We are doing different kinds of work sometimes we do picking, loading goods or offloading goods. sometimes we work for 1 day then the next coming day we have to go back to the office and stay there waiting for companies to say they are in short of workers,sometimes companies don't even ask for workers and that there is no work for us.

Pros: greater opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours

Making a difference

I work with people and one learns to cope with different personalities, I get to recruit people and get to see peoples life change its amazing what getting a job does to a poor family or what a silly mistake can do when I have to discipline an employee and how difficult it is to have to stop one from because of the actions that could have been avoided.

Excellent learning opportunity and happy working environment

I love working for my current company, in the year that i have been here I have achieved many successes and have been upskilled in various ways. The people within the company are very friendly and wonderful to work with. I most enjoy the environment and company culture, as well as the rich history of the company. The most challenging aspect is social media recognition of the company.

Pros: Wonderful working environment
Cons: We are not on linkedin and social media therefore it is difficult to validate our company

Not sustainable cause you might be stopped anytime

What I have learned is the co worker are very friendly as they have to survive as parents,to be working at the company is an opportunity to explore and sell yourself to the employer as this is an agent,you work long hours but they get paid.

Pros: It's an opportunity to work at this company the fact is it's only temporary
Cons: At times and find that some hours are not being paid

Excellent in every situation

I dont have much but what i could tell is, this company is the best i ever work for so far. This company made me to whom i am today; i know a lot of places where i never travelled to. It makes me feel special and they do check on everyone everytime on how are we coping nd so on.

Excellent learning and development

Good day I have gained a thorough understanding in human resources. I have excellent communication skills and I enjoy working in an environment that is challenging and dynamic. In addition, I have experience in payroll administration, HR administration, and supplier payments. As well as crunching out reports. Iam a critical thinker with a can do attitude! I am analytical by nature, which has proven valuable, as Iam responsible for analyzing stats and reports. I aim to add value and gain knowledge on an ongoing basis with every position I am given an opportunity to fill. Gained extremely good knowledge and experience

Transman is temporary employment provider, its main goal was to ensure employee and client satisfaction.my personal experience in working at Transman I would say has definitely been the best company I have worked for this far, we were more like family despite having a huge scale of employees. The work at times was challenging as we had weekly deadlines but it was always met and I have truly enjoyed my experience there. I got to meet different people with different personalities and learnt to deal professionally with all of them. I hope I can share my knowledge and experience at other companies as well.well

I'm a fast learner doing everything that can make me to learn more New things, like communication expeial with my management, l like to solve problems inside a company that avoiding to lose a time also a dealay in production
