My name is Takalani June Badana, I have completed N6 Management Assistant at Ekurhuleni West College. I have obtained my workplace experiences at Nkitseng Engineering and Welding Works Cc and Training Force as an administrator and SETA Administrator. My day to day activities includes the following; Filling, Switchboard operating, Liaising with the SETA’s, uploading information in the SmS (Seta Management Systems), Discretionary Grants Claims from SETA’s, Archiving of Documents, Typing out of Minutes,

Excellent learning curve

I am an enthusiast and a hard worker, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. I strongly believe that I will be a great asset to your team, and a tem player. I have spent my last two years developing my sales and marketing skills as well as body wellness treatments. Working flexible shifts might be a challenge, but I'm always ready for one.

Excellent Customer Service

i have learned to be a team player throw my company, working together you can achieve more than working alone. I learned so much and i enjoy when i reach my deadlines. I have learned to identify operational inefficiencies and recommending improvements.

I learnt too much about customers and cunsumers as we where working with people

My passion is to see my self working in company that will acknowledge me and my experience, working hard to reach my goal. Becouse I can work overtime and handle pressure with care. Working with team work is what derail in my blood because I am a very friendly person who is always wear a smile on the face, a person who can stand for anything and always put Company's needs first.

I learned lot of things from the company

I like to thank the company because they have helped me a lot they gave me a work experience and I also did more things based on the office work because I was willing to learn and know lot of things.

Great learning opportunity

I do alot of client interface and love it. Great learning curve because I am exposed to alot. Very busy environment and pressurized. The environment and culture is young and vibrant. People are friendly and work hard.

Excellent learning curve

ITtMornings are mostly filed wiht meetings and cathup sessions on tasks with the team. then try to move on to my tasks as planned but it never works as they are rather more adhoc urgent issues that always come up whic leads to more timlong hours spent at work trying to catch up on the actual work you need to do on a daily basisis. Realationship with colleagues is very good keep each other motivated i have learnt to be calm under pressure and get on with it to deliver quality work efficiently the poepl at th e company are a pleasure to work with and the work enviroment is not congested Having to report and wto the Group finance and woek with diffent managers accriss the countey
