Good learning experience

I haii I have learned. A lot from toysrus my job was to serve customers promoted excellent customer derives I was working at the till plus 2 department smentd I also did merchandise unpack box's and pack the stock arcording to the correct standard

Hard working and active person and responsibly for my work

Personally a hardworking person always take initiative control and self motivated.I like to learn new thing and things that will give me a challenge.always take care of my work and always stand up for my responsibility especially when it comes to things tht will help me to sustain in life.ive learn lot of things where im working and my work makes me a better and strong person.

Pros: My hardworking lead me to whr I belong I even got a certificate of leadership where im working
Cons: 8 hour Mon-sat and sun 7 hour

Good company Bad management

It was a good company to work for and there was good growth opportunities but the Management was not always fair..I had great colleagues who worked under my supervision.the management team did not always treat team members as equals there were some favouritism amongst different races but overalls the excxecutives were excellent.

None at this stage I didn’t work more years so I can really know more about the company...................they value your hard work when coming to merchandising and put things where necessarily

Focus and always hard at work

NNormal day is long and hard at work dealing with customes and recieving huge amount of stock at sametime and having to merchandize the stock and do housekeeping. Alot of pressure when chasing a daily budget and dealing with all these thingplus price points and alert of theft and also dealing with moody customers and keeping a happy face even when exhausted. Depending on management, there are those who make things bearable and easy to deal with the daily working,but there's also those who who just don't know how to deal with stuff members and just enjoy the use of power to make life very hard and bare or complete with employees for unknown reasons

Cons: Long hours of work,less of days and unsatisfying salary

Help customers in store and telephonically, do promotions, sell stock, do merchandising, receive stock, do refunds ando exchanges, do stock counts,do mark ups and mark downs,stock take, responsible for a section(baby,girls,boys, rzone and creative)

Pros: fast thinking, build a relationship with customers
Cons: working hours 8hours a day and work till 8pm during the festive season

Potential to grow

A typical work day requires lot of energy and drive to help clients satisfy their needs, to make sales and achieve a target for the day. my relationship with co-workers is healthy, productive and competitive. In this organisation I learnt ways to master customer service, merchandising, stock controlling, personal selling and working under lot of pressure. Furthermore, I learnt that punctuality, mutual respect for others and commitment is the key to prevail at all times. In the years i have spent my time in this industry i enjoyed meeting customers needs and exceeding their expectations. The most challenging aspects of the job is when you are being expected to reach a sales target in the middle of the month with few customers in the store.
