Convient and decent exposure

I run a retail store so a typical day would involve problem solving, delegating, sales and service with this been said i work long hours so as far as possible a positive attitude is always a benefit to the comapny and staff and that is what we strive for. I have gained most of my experience from this company and learnt that if you want success you have to get your name out there and change to constantly grow I' have learnt the value of being an assest to the company and always giving 100% no matter the situation.
