It’s a good company but the management is not friendly as they should be with the stuff, we underpaid if we compare with others who do the same work as us.

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy my job very much and i have learnt so much in the 2 and a half years that i have been here. It comes with a lot of challenges but it is also very interesting. I have to liaise with a few of my co-workers as we are a service provider to them in terms of getting their payments or any of their needs met so communication is key. I also liaise a lot with the Treasury department and bank in terms of cashbook queries.

Pros: Great learning
Cons: Minimal chances of promotion

Excellent learning curve

Working at TTAF is very interesting as you do diverse duties. It wonderful learning curve which introduces you to different dimension of supply chain, from purchasing, customs, sales, logistics and administration. You also learn on how to interact with different people from different backgrounds. We work alot with emails and Microsoft office. The most challenging aspect of my job is that my job is very pressurising and with alot of duties and responsibilities. Meeting deadlines daily, weekly and monthly. Being proactive and building team spirit is very crucial.

Pros: Good environment for learning
Cons: Pressurising
