Great training program

The company has great learning opportunities. They really invest a lot in education.I was able to obtain my Honours degree through the bursary program. Growth is limited. Promotions are based on people leaving the company, which is extremely rare! Great culture. People are genuinely nice and kind.

Pros: Job Security
Cons: Long work hours
