Good work life balance with company car

The day goes quick as we are productive staff and every moment is valuable.I work well with staff,we are a mini family of technicians who assist each other.I have learnt alot about forklifts and how the forklift industry operates.I enjoy attending to breakdowns and meeting different customers.The most challenging part was getting use to how this business operates as it's different from my automotive industry background

Pros: Great working hours, as well incentive schemes
Cons: Less training courses for techs

Excellent customer service

Customer service, invoicing, credits, management reports, overtime, incentives capturing, dispatching technicians for breakdowns. Technical step training. Financial.

Excellent learning curve and opportunity for learning more

General HR and PA duties Liaison with all levels within the company - from janitor to CEO I have a good relationship with my co-workers - always willing to assist I have learnt patience and hard work pay off I enjoy working with the diverse cultures within my company Most challenging would be the rise of social problems (alcohol, drug abuse) amongst our staff and the surrounding area

Pros: Great opportunity for growth as well as learning
Cons: Cannot change systems / processes overnight

I WAS WORKING ON THE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES. I ALSO ATTEND BREAK DOWNS, I DO FAULT FINDINGS, REPAIR HYDRAULIC REPAIRS, GEAR BOX, DC MOTOR, CYLINDERS REPAIRS, TEST RADIATOR.

Servicing repairing and diagnosing Toyota forklift

My company has taught me to look stuff into details and be able to do everything in machine without consulting but by learning on my own.ive also learned to deal with customers
