I have a good relationship with people I am working with although sometime there are challenge where people take advantage of you by not following the procedures. however I always stick to procedures in order to protect myself. I always meet my deadlines as being set. I real enjoy working with my team

Pros: the growth oportunuity is not big as you can rotate in finance being a controller/clerk or an accountant
Cons: we normal work 9 hours no overtime unless you want to meet your deadlines

Wonderfu experience

I am a receptionist and a switchboard operator but also a personal assistant to everyone in and external clients. excel in customer service and I love it so much. My role is a very hectic one and for that reason I have to think fast act fast and be energetic at all times and I have to be able to work and understand every personality that I work with and come across in the office. I also am a peoples person and always ready to learn as I'm always learning everyday and I am an open minded person and a hard worker always ready to assist. My position has taught me so much: to be independent to take charge Respect and reliability

Pros: This company has taught me to be independant and to be responsible
Cons: above all it has taught me patience.

Excellent Learning Curve

Company : Tourvest Travel Services Position : Human Capital Administrator Duties : - Attend to all staff and management queries to provide assistance when requested -Meet new starters and ensure that each receive a full pack. -Assists employee in completing all forms necessary and attend to any queries where necessary. - Manage Consolidation, Employment stats and Expenditure spreadsheet. - Schedule exit interviews

Great experience

A A typical day would be, coming to work on a Monday morning and fing work on your Pc for the week. While you habd work to finish on Friday. My relationship with colleeus was OK because we communicated well and understood each other. I got along well. I enjoyed my work because we had alot of deadlines and Tera end to complete. Thank you

Pros: Being a hard worker and passionate.
Cons: Sometimes we worked overtime.

Learning curve and experiences

I enjoy working in my company and the people are great, good relationship, most people get along well with each other. On a typical working day you do what is expected of you no one come up to you and asks, we just do according to our work for the day. I have learned a lot, excel and the systems that we work on, how to calculate vat and a lot from my manage as well. I enjoy a challenge and working hard when we are under pressure but mostly I enjoy working as a team. Challenging aspects are deadlines when we need to get more invoices out in a short period of time but I try my best to even work extra hours.

Gained Work expirience

A normal day at work, working and having to multitask Fair relationship with co-workers I have learnt how to do lots of tasks at the same time, help co workers where needed. The most challenging aspect is being on the firing line and front office

Pros: Get to meet different suppliers / meet new people
Cons: lack of promotion opportunities

Growth potential

- hard work with an unequal pay to the work load - I like the current flexibility I get - I enjoy working with people and the team - I don't like the lack of proper communication from the organization - I don't like that we are all equal but some people are more equal than others - the mot challenging aspect of my work is difficult client who already have a perception and I have to convince them otherwise. - I don't like being monitored as though I don't know what to do

Cons: Less good reward for work workers

Experience, integration, flexibility, disrespect, discouragement

There’s a lot of experience the company is integrated and flexible however you get discouraged in the work environment because of the culture and disrespect
