New industry. So much to learn about the lenses

Creating a good flow of work from admin to the technician by keeping logs and good tracking method for every job done. Implementing a disciplinary procedure for any misconduct from employees. Setting weekly and monthly targets for income growth and clientele. Teamwork and honesty is the core of a well functioning organization. Interaction with our clients, shaking their hands and assuring them that their business is more important to us. Stubborn and unproductive employees are mostly a challenge as one has to implement poor work performances and issue warnings.

Pros: Immediate line of supervision with the director
Cons: My director hiding and omitting certain information about the company

A new experience in an Optometry industry as I never knew anything upon entry

I enjoy doing my work as a manager but sometimes one has to implement disciplinary action in order to have a smooth running of the company. The workload is outstanding but I am not afraid of a challenge. My past work experience really built me to be where I am today pertaining the experience I gained in almost all spheres of work practice. Be assured that my appointment on the job will be an investment to the company. I also, but not least, want to be close to my family.

Pros: Good opportunity to one day own my own Lab.
Cons: My employers are Asians and the language barrier is so complex.
