Customer service experience
I normally work 12 hours a day ŕ Four days in a week including Sunday's I enjoy every shift I report to, as I tend to see a lot of customers daily and my experience with them is brought since I have 5 years working with customers. My colleagues are nice to me and we all believe that loyalty is the best towards our CEO and every customers and to each and every one of us, our shifts are always monitored and we always rise with sales and the end of each month, The most challenging aspects is the shortages and our service station during fraud, robbery, and theft

Great place to deal with different people everyday
Selling petrol,my relationship with my co workers was great because am a good team player,I learned that business is what it is because of our customers, giving a great customer service, dealing with a difficult customer.

Cons: There are no opportunities for promotion,working long hours and night shifts

The most challenging aspect of my job
The most challenging was dealing with an aggressive customer who were drank so we had to call the police officers to solve the matter.. But i still love working with people and working with my colleagues because there's a great atmosphere and less coflict.

It was a peaceful place
It was a great place,because i worked as a casual to apply my knowledge or skill i have for 8 months working with my co-workers because it was difficult to me to work individual and it was my first working experience especially on a filling station and the funny moment is when we attend a costumer as group to apply a good service to our customer an that was what makes our supervisor excited all the time because good service bring more custom,I learned a lot as working as a General Worker until the management give me cashier position for permanent.

Life executive
working at total garage has been life changing , I have learn how to deal with different people at work. I make so I don't bring my personal life to work and when I walk in at work I put on a role of a supervisor. working in a garage is hard work and so much pressure but I remind myself that I am work . we work well with the team at duty .

Hvfhiam no longer working at totthe boss was not treating her employees with respct she pays her employees very low money and the management staff was steslung the cashiets money at the office and the was was not aware of thst and she didi nothing to fix tha al garage
