i cut and fit lenses into frames, tinting lenses, frame adjustments, reading rx from frame, changing nose pads and dispensing lenses to patients, calling patients for collections and calling patients remind them of there appointments

NO DEVELOPMENT
i am not happy at the company bacause the level they treat their employees especially at a branch level, there is no growth or development. there is no bonus except when the franchisee feels like giving us. my collique has worked for more than 15years without promotion or salary increase. it is only good at giving one management and experince administratively and client customer experience but the level of treatment is unequal.

Excellent learning curve
I learnt how to be a more versatile individual, as well as working closely with people of different ethnicity & personalities. I've enjoyed the privilege of being able to use my computer skills a lot when any IT issues arose.

Great experience
Work well with staff as a family. great to interact with staff and customers. Liaison with medical aids and customers. Enjoy working with all different types of people young ,old different backgrounds.

Excellent customer service
Basic step for dealing with clients is communication because both service provider and the client can avoid any misunderstanding if they communicate. Problem solving and decisions making because sometimes I only one staff on duty so as an individual I have to deal with every thing that is happening to the practice and make sure that everyone is getting sufficient service

Excellent learning curve
I have many years of work experience in the fields of administrative duties as well as being a receptionist. I am a dedicated hard worker and I am very organized in my work environment. I am a fast learner and a team player. I push myself to the extreme to achieve my goals and company targets. I have allot of experience in working face to face with clients and building new relationships for the company networking. I will benefit your company because I am the best at what I do.
