Excellent learning curves

The work environment has been good most of the time. My supervisor haso been the most helpful. I have learnt how to deal with working with a lot of women and working independently.

Excellent

I have a very good relationship with customers as one day my customer paid less than the waybill amount and when i called him for shot payment he complained and was furiously shouted a me but i smartly explained to him with a smile and he understood and paid the remaining amount.

Wonderful opportunity

Challenging part of my job is lifting heavy goods each and every day. It is fun because of the type of people I'm surrounded by within the workplace. Me and my co-workers understand each other and should there be a dispute amongst us we resolve issues on the spot or as time goes on. I've gained new skills seem that it is the first time I have been working in a warehouse and what I enjoy most is the company of others.

Brilliant teams

I enjoy the busy environment and the culture of the people. The most challenging part is to sort freight as fast as possible in order to despatch .. I walkways treat people the way I want to me treated.

Limited growth opportunities

From 7h30 -5 is just office work and running to the warehouse to look for client's parcels and ensure delivery is made in time. Taking calls for booking collections, proof of deliveries, queries, claims, complains and lastly quotations. Friendly working environment as are different races but treat each other like a family. The love is genuine. You push yourself to work hard and to know more. Learnership opportunities, short classes....the lots. Challenging on us womas as our company is male dominated so most work is given to man

Very very fast learner

I get along with everyone I enjoy helping people resolve problems I enjoy a challenge I prefer a job where i'm continuously busy , if it solving something or doing my normal days work. I will always try and find a way to make my work easier and less time consuming so that there is time to take on something new. Exellent

It is very difficult as we are talking with different types of clients and at the end of the day you know the customer must walk out happily. We are a very good team, we do out work together and share it where ever is possible. I have learnt that we as people have differences in how we have been raised and out culture but at the end of the day respect is the key. I most enjoy learning new thing and being motivated. The challenge come when dealing with a difficult client.
