Excellent introduction to the building sector.
I have been in the retail sector for 20 years. I have grown from the very bottom through sheer hard work and determination. I am a highly motivated individual. I thrive on challenges and working under pressure. I am sales oriented, chasing the next sale, hitting budgets and overcoming any obstacle at all cost. This is what I consider to be my strengths. I am a developer by nature and find it inspiring to grow, nurture and mentor individuals. I personally find it very rewarding to watch individuals that have worked under my guidance flourish and succeed.

Great learning experience
I started working here at tile Africa in August and although I really enjoy it I still feel I have stronger administration skills and would prefer to work for a set salary instead of commission I also would like to work weekdays only as I hardly spend time with family working retail hours. Please give me this opportunity to grow in my career and still have more stability as retrenchment are high in my current job industry. I would like to add value and still be happy. Thanks in advance.

Great learning experience
Good day For a long time I have been searching for normal working hours that doesn't require me to work on weekends at first I loved the challenge but I really want a job that I can spend time with family aswell This position also gives me the opportunity to do something I'm really good at,I'm a perfectionit that has an eye for detail. Please allow me to at value and join your team.

Great mentor
36 years Retail Management experience. Mentor and supportive. Go getter with good understanding of the retail market. I was tasked with re-writing Standard Operating Procedures for Tile Africa. I was responsible for daily operational reporting for the group. As senior manager I was tasked with mentoring new Store Managers and acting Regional Manager. I received numerous awards including "Store Manager of the Year", "Store of the year" and "Most Improved Store ". I love a challenge and pride myself on my loyalty. I am firm but fair in my dealings with staff and have.

Excellent learning curve
It's rather demanding job both from clients and head office . I handle the Admin side of the business as well support our sales team . Deadlines are to met timeously. Reports are to handed in timeously . I work with management /sales team and warehouse staff . I enjoy that my job is not monotonous.

People do not always practice what they preach
A very dangerously dusty industrial area. everybody work in their own little silos You sit in front of you computer and do your work It is real mans world Rules are up in place but always someone higher up bending the rules

Im a fast learner and learn quickly and askes questions if I dont understand
I'm a well groomed hard working person. I learn quickly. I'm very well organised and meet dead lines. I get along very with staff and the public. I am a christen and a mom and my family life is well balanced. Given the chance to develop my skills I will not hesitate as it is a benift fir myself as well as the company.
