Their salary isn't the best as well as their benenfits as we also pay for out unifor which is more than buying normal clothes for wlwork... Buy there is a family where employees look after one another and work is always done on time and I believe in your employees are happy so will the customer and so I believe that. And in all honesty I loved working in such a vibrant and we'll growing company

A typical work day, very busy a lot of deadlines to meet I have a very good relationship with my co-workers and I also won best admin award 2013 In my environment I have learnt to be calm and patient at all times I enjoy working with different people The most challenging are my working hours

My day to day
This This job has teached me gow to handle difficult situations with customers, there will be always a colleague to help out when you get really busy, each day has its own challanges somedays this run smooth and other days it feels like the ball just doesnt want to start rolling, the most enjoyable days is when its busy, time flies and when you look at your wat h is 17:00 again. Everyday you need to set yourself a target to reach, you have a monthly target to reach. You must work as a team to know what is going on in the shops and to help each others customer to when they want to know something.
Pros: Sometimes they will run promotion for their stagf
Cons: Long hours, 6days a week, never get off over easter or Christmas

Advantage in learning
It time for change looking for more experience and growth in other industries and a better way to better my experience in my work, a typical day at TwT would be helping my Co worker and customers that we get on daily basis. It's mind fruitful to work at Tiger only if you are eager to learn
Pros: It gives you opportunity to learn and grow with in the company it helps one to better their careers and be able to do what you wanted while working for them
Cons: The hours can be crazy more especially if we have to do stock take and go home in late hours of the day

Customer oriented business
Main focus is on customer satisfaction. Continuous training is provided at their head offices. Learning and development is one of the best. Staff are very friendly and informative. Challenges including reach your monthly gross profit target will other competitors were opening new branches within the area.

Hard working
I am a loyal worker. I also work hard highly motivated and enjoy my work. I want to grow and be able to take care of a family and children. I want to grow and learn a lot more. I am a positive person. I am not scared to work with my hand and I now quite a few people on different mines. I can help the company grow and get bigger. I am also a fast learner. And want to get more knowledge in life. Like they say knowledge is power.

Amazing company to work for. Huge growth opportunities . Varied work. Debtors, creditors, Gl, budgets. Staff management. Lots of training available. Hours are long being in the retail industry.

Customer relationship
I am a hardworking outgoing person with a brilliant sales record have made best salesmen for 2 years running and I have amazing people skills. Leadership skills. Management skills. Customer relationship skills and many more would like toe not be captured on 200% ass my normal sales was between 250%and 400%.
