The company provides young people with the opportunity to learn about fmcg and how it operates, in many occasions the company provides works with training course to improve the skills of worka on time to time bases and monthly meeting for works to raise any problamatic issues they face with in their work of space.

Learning curve

My typical day starts at 8 and ends at 5, very exhausted . My work relations with my colleagues is very strong and productive I learnt a lot of customer service I enjoy working although it's exhausting from time to time The most challenging aspect of the job is the management of the place we're I work they make work so difficult and hard.

Exelent

Good day I am qualified electrician with 9 years experience knowledge automation ,instrument ,PLC fault finding and basic mechanical ,I did work for different company's I trust my self when it come doing my job I am also hand on all the time

Pros: to became shift electrician for five years

I was working with amount of large people

As I was working with to many people I experience how to treat another employer from Labour,Supervisors,Management etc and i develop my skills as i started as an Operator assistant on the machine line call T.W-25 end up being a junior operator...

Pros: My opportunity was to become an experience operator on the other machines...
Cons: We work 8 hours during the week and 12 hours on weekend that over time.

Excellent fast learner

I'm a hard worker with at least 3 months experience in forklift I'm excellent and wheeling 2 serve I'm a fast learner with good skills but my CV will tell the rest

Great opportunity to learn

Dear s/m My name is Dumisani currently working as a merchandiser for tiger brands. With the time that I spent with tiger brands group, I Java learnt the importance of meeting the customers demands in shop like stock accountability, stock availability and shelf healthy. I enjoy working with daily product like Albany because it gives me easy way of knowing my improvement especially on sale. The most challenge but manageable challenge is to deal with product that are not kVIs. I would like to improve my knowledge if given chance in your company. Regards Dumisani
