Good for learning about mining and reporting

Good people but no culture. You are treated as a work horse without respect. No training. Good for learning and getting to understand the mining industry.

Friendly company

its a very good company with friendly people,where we always challenge ourselves to learn new things.Our relationship is good you wouldn't find a moody person everyone understand its a working environment not a place to bring private issues.I learnt how to work with people and telephonic manners,how to stay calm regardless how angry and shouting a person or customers may be.I also learnt the slogan " a customer is always right" which is very challenging aspect but I made sure I follow that rule.

Good first experience at customer service

This job has taught me how to treat customers with respect and courtesy. As well as given me experience in working different hours. Unfortunately the working hours are unpredictable and there is little chance for promotions
