Very good in doing my work willing to go extra mile very good in team work. I am a self-starter and very fast with a positive attitude regarding goal directions, excellent communication with the ability to project and elicit interest are my strong points. enthusiastic in using common sense approach, a depth at analysing and sizing up situations, diligent hard worker and strong on follow up. Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and I am flexible and always eager to learn.

After 10 years with my conpany I learnt a great deal of customer service as the company provide continuous training to improve knowlege and skills. In my line of work we deal with different personalities on a day to day basis, which is challeging at times but it provides so much knowledge and experience. I enjoy meeting new people and enjoy making clients happy. I work with a wonderful team and i constantly motivate them to be the best at everything. I share important infomation with discretion. The most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with angry customers but I always manage to keep my clients happy in the end. I love my job, but in my current company there is no growth behond store management.

Pros: Meeting new people, facing new challenges daily, providing the best service to clients and managing a team with strong personalities and Achieving work targets
Cons: Long hours, working on weekends and public holidays

Daily duties

In the morning I start with administration for the day before. Making sure everything has been filed properly and signed. Then read the emails from a day before to ensure that everything has been done. I then continue to do a floor walk with my team to see if all visual standards are adhered to. I work well with my team and I can also work independently. During the day we focus on customer service. We also received stock boxes which we have to unpack, check if all is in order, receipt the stock on the system, price and merchandise it accordingly.

Excellent learning curve, and growth and exposure to different aspects of the retail environment.

The salaries paid to employees are really little you will hardly survive. Long working hours for little pay. Unfair management and unhappy staff. Toxic environment.

Gained experience

I have two years general administration experience and a year's training administration experience. I gained alot of other experience in skills development and recruitment as well.

Its a good company to work for but there is no growth.

I started working at TFG in mid-may 2016,the experience has been great besides working for long hours mon-sunday.The salary was reasonable at the beginning but now that i registered to study part-time it's not enough and i don't get enough time to study as i'm always at work.

Pros: Long hours
Cons: Meeting new people,working in a friendly environment.

Gained experience

I have experience in HR, SETA, training and general administration. I have managed a mass learnership recruitment project for a big logistics company while I was being trained as a Junior SDF at Whitezulu. Liaising with the SETA, Department of Labor(Durban, Gauteng, and Cape Town), employer company and unemployed youth. Currently I facilitate till systems and two modules of Learnership program and assess the summatives.

I am fast learner

I am a hard-working young man who couldn’t complete his higher education in Electrical Studies due to financial exclusion. I then began working as a general worker through Adcorp Blu Outsourcing solutions (previously known as Capital Outsourcing group). Through the agent, I have gain exposure in different companies, Sunbake, City Couriers, MTN, Isando Foods, Bokomo, SAB Limited and The House of Busby. I have been working at the House of Busby for over 2 years now and I have grown from assisting with shipments, to check stock at despatch, then picking and checking and now I am responsible for store supplies.
