12 hour work day ith 1hour unpaid lu. Spend most of the shift on your feet nch Great teamwork with friendly people Does not pay very well Employee is not a priority

Excellent experience
The co workers are excellent. Management is the worst i have ever seen apart from the quality department. I have learnt alot about the laboratory, as well as glp, food management, allergen management and packaging.

Information not on my CV
A typical day for me involves supporting the Exports HOD with all requirements, including Sales reporting, both internal and external customer liaison, travel arrangements I am an easy going person, and stress resistant so my relationships with my colleagues is excellent, many will say i am very helpful and always willing to assist I have gained both Syspro and SAP knowledge, also the logistical side of moving our products I love to learn, and have done much of that in this current role. The most challenging aspect at present for me would be what I see as gap in communications between departments.

Fast learner
ion machine operator/acting team leader on canning line,leading team of 6 members, I learned new skills Leadership skill,communication skills and I enjo learning new other jobs with my team and the most challenging of the job is to work with someone who's new in the industry, training and guiding them

I have received FSSC 22 000 certificate and obtained 98% in GLP training.
I've got FSSC 22 000 certificate and a with 98% in GLP training. I have been assisting my quality coordinator manger with raising internal NCR, external testing products, raising near miss, also with customer complaints plus external NCR's.

Business with great potential
Bevco is a very fast paced woworking environment that is consistently challenging and changing. The business is young and rapidly growing competitor in a rough environment. I have to manage bothe the Warehouse and Distribution functions which means ensuring that all orders are loaded in time with good stock and delivered to our customers on time and in full and all of the challenges that come with these processes
