Better

Working for TFG was a great experience because I learned so much about business like how to deal with customers, how to make customers happy, and how to get customer pend her/his money and most important what must be done in order for us to rich our target and because I was a good employ I was promoted 3 times, I started as casual sales assistant then I was permanent after one year I got promoted as administrator controler then after 3 years I got promoted again as a supervisor. It was a good experience for me as I learned so much.

Pros: 50 percent
Cons: 9-10

Bad learning curve

The company cares about its employees in terms of how they are getting paid and when. But the company lack resources to train new stuff. New stuff has to train themselves and sometimes by old stuff who also are still learning. The working relationship between myself and my colleagues is great. There is no no growth and yet so much opportunities. You would find yourself doing work you are not paid for and the next day they hire someone else and you must train that person and remain where you are. Management needs so much training because they lack leadership skills and tend to blame everything that goes wrong on staff

Pros: No growth
Cons: Normal working hours

Missed opportunities

I work very well with other co-workers. I enjoy that I wake up each day. The challenging issue is not having clear direction on things to be done and not allowed to suggest ideas and think out of the box.

Pros: Better pay rate than other stores.
Cons: Not trained and allowed to think on your own.
