Nice job but need more

-On a typical day it's quiet with no sales in the store -Nice relationship with Co workers always communicating through social media. -The most challenging aspect of the job is dealing with customers who had a bad morning then they just throw everything at you, but I handle it well.

Good learning curve

as an admin assistant a lot is expected from me, but i have learnt how to multitask and how to deal with stress and challenges faced at the work place. I have dealt with many clients, so i have learnt a lot of processes and procedures from the different companies, including our company aswel

Good learning curve

No room for improvement. Working under pressure which is good but rewards for working very hard. Working with different units which helps to learn more and gain a bit of experience.

Pros: Learn more from working on different units per day.
Cons: No opportunity for promotion

Great work experience

I have learnt more as far as sales and marketing your products also how to reach your target. Customer service has also been one of the basic criterias.

Taught me to be a team player

It is a great start for any experience, for example, customer service. I have learned a lot have learned to be punctual and also got motivated to learn more about other things. Working for tevo opened my eyes to the working world, it taught me professionalism and respect. I have learned the pros and cons of working as a team and conflict resolution skills together with communication skills.

Poor salaries

Sales promoter Selling products to customers Relationship was excellent Leant to work with customers and give the best service I was one promoted to being a store manager I enjoyed working with stuff

Very good experience

r peoplemy views about my current job,it was so great to get an opportunity to work under that company.i had a good relationship with my co-workers, were working together as a team.i.i have how to communicate with people,how to handle bad thing's. the most challenging it was when we have to deal with return Good's...i have enjoyed to work at tevo,cause it make you to feel welcome all the time..

IT WAS GOOD FOR EXPERIENCE

THE JOBS WERE RETRENCHED OVER NIGHT AND THEIR PRODUCTS WERE FROM CHINA THEY WERE FAKE THEY DID NOT LAST, I WAS NOT GIVEN THE SPARE PARTS I REQUESTED IN TIME SOME OF THE SPARE PARTS WERE DAMAGED BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT NEW. ITS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR IF YOU STUDIED ENGINEERING.

What I have learned and enjoyed

It was a great opportunity working for Tevo. I have learned so much about respect, discipline and appreciating. I enjoyed working with my team. We had a good working structure and planning our daily activities. How we going to do to change what is not currently working for us. What strategy to follow. What is our mission and vision and how to go about that to achieve our goals.

Leadership Training Build Up

I began working in April as i was on contract.I recently operated a factory outlet in Boksburg for the past two months.I ran the July stocktaking and the end of year stocktaking.I am now currently rewarded with a permanent position.I am currently doing a month course regarding leadership and management with Shaw academy.

Cons: travelling simultaneously
