etra Pak is a international company in the packaging and beverage industry. We get to work daily with co-workers from around the world getting insights on product and consumer trends, then applying them to local product gap analyses. Our hours are not a normal 8 - 5 and we work under international standards. Its thought me to work timely and accurately. I have gained exposure to international trends and product, which I will treasure for ever.

Excellent learnning cuirve

vibrant atmosphere great colleagues wonderful management traveling and gaining more experience from colleagues around the globe very busy especially towards the end of the month

Cons: comunication barrier especially when dealing with collegues from abroad

Operations - no room for creativity or actual engineering

Strictly operations and no engineering involved. Decent environment and normal working hours with good pay. Average experience in the Tetra Pak factory - would imagine other pillars of the business to be more interesting.

Always humble. Can work under presure

I work hard to reach targets. Always one step ahead. No need to check up on my work self motivated. Love chalenges. Dont have a proplem with conflict. Ni need for micro managment.
