Recieve claim from stakeholders and assess all the documents according to the contract deliverables

The work environment is very good and the people are willing to help Assessing claims, travel claims, drafting Chamber meetings _I enjoy conducting monitoring and induction site visits _ Too much workload due to target demands of payment

Pros: Great opportunity to learn as one does many tasks
Cons: Long and tiring working hours

Learning curve

Its hard earning 1800 yet I spend 700 for transport every month, I have rent to pay and buy monthly grocery, though I will persevere for this period until I finish my apprentice programme.

Pros: there are no opportunities for promotion, it is just an apprenticeship
Cons: normal working hours, 5 days a week

Learning fast

I have good relationship with my co-workers. I am able to talk with my supervisor about anything (work related and advice on my personal life). So far I have how to conduct my self on workplace environment. I have improve my skills on excel and SAP. My communication skills has also improve. I enjoy taking clients calls and working on SAP. So far I have not experienced any challenges on my new job

Pros: opportunity of being a permanent

I have suffient understanding and skills in the quality assurance and QCTO systems

- I have learnt to take decisions based on pieces of legislation - Conduct assessment - Problem solving - Planning - Managing budget - Conduct moderation - Monitoring and auditing training providers

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: i have been working in various projects
