The job has become so relentless

The job has become so relentless, you now have a salary cut with more work load. We do claims captures, claims follow ups, sales and all customer queries. We have targets to reach while doing everyone else's work. Great learning opportunity

Coming into work is always a joy. meeting up with people on the way and greeting them to hear how their weekend was or what they're looking forward to in the new week. Being on time is a must as being one minute late could result in a client lost. I love the working environment. As long as the work is done and the clients are assisted in a timeously and courteous manner, everyone is happy. I have learned various aspects of the business including insurance, customer care, how the projects are run individually and also have been able to interact with many external clients and found out how they tie in with the business.

Great to learn how to work with people and their different situations.

I enjoyed working at the the company, the fact that I was always amongst people. I had a wonderful relationship with my co-workers. I learned a lot about customer service on a daily basis. I enjoyed interacting with different people. The most challenging aspect of my job was getting customers to calm down over the phone but I have that calming effect on the customers and I enjoyed the challenge.

Work/life balance is good but management doesn't always recognize your worth. Not great it you're looking to grow in the IT industry Older folk enjoy it more

Hard working and persistent

Iam very keen on growing financially as well as intellectually. Telesure has given me the platform to grow in the call center environment by giving me experience. And teaching the skills skills of interact with clients and so on. I will forever be greatful for that, that I have gained so knowledge from them.

Great Company

Great company to work for, excellent benefits and wellness initiatives. There is a lot of opportunity for learning and building experience. The negative is, with working from home, you work longer hours and it tends to take over your personal time. Taking on additional responsibility is encouraged but without an increase in salary.

Pros: Lots of opportunities for learning, flexible work arrangements, excellent wellbeing initiatives.

Great learning opportunity

I only joined the company in this role in May 2019, but I have learned a lot. I have especially learned that I want to be in a brand management role again. I enjoy working on a brand's strategy in its entirety.
