Excellent networking and technology exposure

I have a Bachelor of Technology Degree - Quality. I have over 20 years extensive management experience, operations management, quality management, engineering experience in two of the largest companies in Southern Africa (Sasol and Eskom)

Exposure to the world of technology innovation

I am part of the ISD (Innovation Skills Development) department whereby my duties are to stimulate a culture of innovation thinking within the national system of innovation, thus increasing the rate of translation of innovative ideas into novel technologies, products and services. The Programme provides focused and targeted training interventions to strengthen entrepreneurial capacity of researchers and innovators towards the commercialisation of their research outputs

Pros: Great opportunity for exposure in the technology, entrepreneurship and innovation industry
Cons: Working 6 days a week with no overtime pay

Its been good

With 10 years working experience i have learned and lot and i can do anything within my fieldmy

i love working and i am very panctual. working with people they turn to want to fight but i do my best not to fight back i always want to be happy around my cilligues , respecting those who supervise me and impressing the company by doing well

Its a learning curve

TIA is a great company to work fore. Moreso, one gets exposure to various government entities. Aditionally, it is fulfilling to see how one's work, directly chages people's lives.
