Looking for new prospects, growth and stability

A day at TMC, is never short of unforeseen events, which is always handle with a sense of urgency and everyone tries to help out. Yes most of the time individual care to problem solve is required. There is a lot of pressure from management, the key to this is always stay calm. The work force needs to be motivated, assisted and to always be reminded about safety to themselves and those around. Working here has taught me that everyday is a learning experience and not only did I learn new skills or new methods of completing a task, but I have learnt how to multi-task, developed people skills and built good relations. I enjoy the hunt of the job looking for the best suppliers, that not only offer good prices but excellent service, quality and knowledge of there products.

Excellent learning curb

I have many roles i play in my company and i have experience in various departments. My main title is Technical Buyer however i do more than just that. I work on switchboard , assist in accounts. Control Documents. Personal Assistant. I liaise with suppliers from China and due to the language barrier communication is very difficult at times. I have a very open relationship with my co workers. I have learnt many new things. i enjoy liaising with customers and supplier. The most challenging aspect of my job is when we have a breakdown on a machine and i have to get spares immediately. Looking for suppliers , availability and price. I am constantly working under pressure. I am always going out of my way to get a task done. i am always helping my colleagues with their task well. i work well in a team and as well individually.
