Experience working in a call center

It's a good company to gain experience from because of the training they provide in debt collection, the only challenge faced was that of getting incentives you deserve based on your performance sometimes you don't get the incentive you sre entitled to and the communication is poor once you start working at the floor of you don't find ways to go about things you Wil suffer with no one to help you on how to get there. So team work is not that effective since everyone is looking out for themselves and safety of their jobs

Cons: Abnormal hours less rate

It was my first time working and they gave me a lot of work environment expirience

Okay well working at tcr gave me expirience loved Friday vibes competition fun day team building and well reaching target and not reaching can be stressful because you work under pressure
