I have learnt a lot on my previous company i know what i didn't know when they hired me. I enjoy to work with different people and do outreach. I dont like to be a afailed to what am doing or to what i learnt

Excellent learning opportunity

I I have gained a lot of experience with I have learnt a lot from the experience of working at the company as a both case manager and Hast Counsellor. Isomei have learnt to deal with people from different perspectives and being able to help people wholeheartedly. Most importantly working at the Key population program hss taught me resilience, patience, understanding and empathy. Dealing with clients making sure that they all linked to care. And those that are noy infected must remain negative through Prep. Provision of counseling and testing services to clients ao that they may know their status. times are draining as we work night shift also. I working at Tbhivcare.

Line Manager of 17 kzn west facilities and its and it's very challenging

At my previous employer prior to this I worked 26 years it was so incredible working in a hospital setup and due to financial difficulties I had collected my package and moved on . I'm very hard working loyal dedicated very motivated with perseverance consistency and self motivation it's an honour and utmost privilege to be a nurse in society.

Roving the whole sub District collecting DATIM DATA

I sensitised the importance of generating weekly and monthly line list reports, in service new data capturers in all CDC collection tool and data presentation in cluster verification on monthly basis.ensuring no data validations left unpacked and validated

Pros: Managed two facilities while DC was on maternity leave
