Well received!!!

I am currently a Systems Engineer. I work for Telecom company. My role is to provide support to a client application. My responsibilities are programming, testing, data analyzing and building communication skills. I work with I.T operations team in solving tickets/incidents for clients/dealers. The application I am supporting provides four core services to all clients: Network services, End User Billing, Payment Processing and Support Framework. I am 30 years old and enthusiastic in advancing my experience in the IT environment.

Good learning curve

Current position is that of a Operational Analyst

To engage with stakeholders to resolve "Business Issues" that prevent solutions from being implemented, I am great with people and my interaction is required and is generally well received, the position has allowed me to develop outside my comfort zone which is fantastic for personal growth. The success of resolving issues so that all stakeholders can benefit from the achievement, challenging is to require "buy" in from all stakeholders, it is not possible at all times to be on the same page as everyone, hence you need to motivate others to participate.

Pros: Gained knowledge outside my general KPI
Cons: Current Position is a contractual position
