Over role of my journey with the company
In a client site I do all the BA related tasks through out the day. This includes follow ups on system changes , ensuring that timelines are met at all the times. I have a great relationship with my co workers , mostly the ones that I had joined the company i n the same year with. I have learned different expects of information technology in and out of the work environment also learned the different cultures as this company is consist of different people of different cultures. I actually enjoy when I am being rewarded for my hard work through out the year. The challenging aspects would be not being in a project dues to some contract non-renewals.
Pros: Coming up with initiatives that would increase business and also building of relationships.
Cons: Sometimes working till very late, this happens if one is new in the project or client site

Allowed for knowledge and career growth
Coordinating with relevant stakeholders is part and partial to a standard day, to gain feedback and insight to challenges that have occurred, I am extremely good interpersonal skills and communicate well with all people, learnt additional dynamics to a Project Managers Role, the interaction I have with people and the success that I gain provides me with job satisfaction, challenges is to allow others to see the importance of doing the right thing correct the first time.
Pros: Future position can lead to additional career and knowledge growth

Good judgement, fast leaner and have an eye for details.
supervising different contractors to make sure that the client requirement is adhered to from all aspects, be it safety, quality or production. maintaining good relation between contractors to advance good and proper interfacing. making sure that all client procedures are not compromised.
Pros: Learning to deal with different contractors that deals with different products.
Cons: contractors that dont follow procedure and like shortcuts

I believe I'm the one you are looking for. I am a hard and fast learner, which will expedite the training period and I am an extremely motivated individual who pays attention to details. I always make sure my work is complete and accurate. I am an ambitious person and I desire to be among the best in my field and I want the best for your company. I have skills on how to programme using MySQL and VB. skills on creating and running scripts using Toad for oracle and sql developer.I have skills on customer service. I know how to speak to a customer and offering the services they want.

TCS is a very dynamic organization
TCS co-workers are very respectful and supportive. They live the TCS code of conduct. The success of TCS is driven by on-going training of all their employees. Access to training material in ALL technologies and methodologies is freely available to employees. You however have to pass the tests at 80% to earn your badge. My tenure with TCS was very fulfilling in all regards.
Pros: TCS is an amazing company to work for and provides full support to their employees globally
Cons: TCS will rather deploy permanent staff from India than hiring local skills

Good learning curve

It was a great place to work, learn and grow our career.
It is a great experience as a fresher from college. It demands to learn new technologies and constantly improving ourselves to keep up with the fast pace work environment. I had great colleagues to help and support whenever I'm stuck in anything related to work. The team always try to share as much knowledge as possible amongst us. Sometimes we typically have to work for long hours to support the business requirements.
Pros: Great opportunities for learning new technologies, Friendly work environment, Team work.
