The company is good ,but there is little recognition to staff members.

My typical work day I start working at 8 o'clock .checking stock damages and faulty ordering if there is low stock.I have a good relationship with my ci workers my job entitles us to be more in contact cause we bounce ideas and help each other in problem solving.I have learnt to manage myself be more disciplined and that small things matter and make a huge difference. I enjoy when we do trainings cause there is more to learn as there are more changes everyday and technology improves everyday .challenges is when you find it hard to get someone to assist in the HQ while you have customers looking for solution and its beyond my control

Pros: I have gained good colleagues so I am a team player
Cons: customers not attended in due time

Contract end

I'm Bejani Mathebula,I'm really enjoy this job and no what I'm doing.i enjoy to work wiht people's that went to learn the job and hlep one another.I'm will to give any company 100% and,I'm a had work I will work for any company or position that they can give me,and perform we'll.

Excellent learning curve

Great company with no growth opportunities. Have learnt a lot with 9 years experience. Work from 7-4pm mon to Friday with an hour lunch break. But month ends we r required to work till late as soon as your done month end you may leave but no overtime is paid. I have a great relationships with both co-workers and senior management. Hardwork is recognised but not rewarded

MY JOB DESCRIPTION

I CONFIGURE LAPTOPS, DESKTOPS AND NOTEBOOKS. I INSTALL SOFTWARE ,DO UPGRADES, DOWNGRADES, INSTALL DRIVERS AND CUSTOMIZE ACCORDING TO A CUSTOMER'S NEEDS.

Excellent learning curve

Cashbook Administrator with 8 years experience . Start work at 7 and finish at 4. Dowloanding of bank statement daily and distribute it to the credit controllers. Reconcile it once they are done capturing it then send out an updated list of payments not captured.follow up with the bank regarding unknown payments received

Excellent Learning Curve

i have learned a lot and developed my self,i started off in IT Technical Support,from configuring laptops and pc's to testing routers and configuring servers,further more i moved to Return Center and learned about warranties and and loans and credits.All this was a stepping stone to becoming and Account Manager at Tarsus Distribution
