Good petroleum experience

I plan to use my extensive skills of Logistics Management in a company that will fully utilize them and optimise efficiency. Working at my past jobs has proven to me that I have managerial skills as well as people skills, also I take easy to new instructions and learn puickly "so I've heard". I've learnt to expedite any work process that I've come across with ease. Typical work days are a breeze when one has the right mind-set as well as a an enthusiastic team who's always willing to share ideas.

Excellent learning experience

A day start with short meeting with the workshop staff, two things to talk about yesterday progress and today plan of services, breakdown and cof’s. I’m a team player and believe in spirit of partnership. Always be positive and working as a team you achieve better results and I mostly enjoyed knowing the different cultures of individuals. The most challenging aspect of the job is getting breakdowns at remote areas.

Excellent in anderstanding

I have learnt a lot we were dealing with many things like switchboard transferring information from documents to doccuware . we were dealing with queries of customers we found out that customers are not easy at the same time customes are always the kings. You must alwaysobject by solving

I'm good healthy strong for any work

I like to work from any situation. I was driving a code 14 truck and I was enjoying because I like to do my job .I always obey the rules for road to make sure everyone is safe.

Pros: I want to be a best driver for this company and for the hole world.
Cons: If I'm in the field I like to do my job until we knock off .

Tanker Services is a great company to work for the staff and everyone are so nice and willing to work together as a team. Im learning new things each and everyday in the company and the system they are using is also user friendly.

Pros: Great chance for me to be one of their permanent staff if i stick to be doing my best.
Cons: Can be hectic if the system opens late.

Growth

I started working at the operational side of the company which had shifts, communicating with customers on a daily basis, checking on the drivers and confirmation of delivery,after 6 months on the program i rotated to workshop as a clerk which we do mostly admin work, we work 9 hours a day and have enough time to teach each other by communicating on our struggles and we get along with each other. the most challenging thing is that there is only 2 people in the office and the work load is too much.

Pros: Ability to grow
Cons: work load get too much
