Excellent opportunity to learn

It is a good start off company if you are looking to build in the financial services industry however it becomes stagnant after a while where as if you may end up stuck in the same position for a long time

I am looking for growth

I am a sales representative I have been in the sales industry for the past 5 years and I exprienced many challenges which I have overcome.Dealing with clients of different cultures has been the best job ever . I love interacting with my colleagues and having fun and making the best of the day

Challenging and stressful

Work The company that IAM working for now has a good working environment but there is a lot of pressure and it is very stressful everyday you are being threatened to be fired anytime.. Meaning that we are always on thin ice that anytime I will loose my job u cannot rely on that company. ing at

Challenging

I worked as an outbound call centre agent. A typical day at work involved attending to high call volumes, as per company data base provided, to describe and sell the products/services being offered to potential customers. I would describe my relationship with co-workers as being family orientated, in a sense that it was both fun and professional, simultaneously. I have learnt/developed personal organisation and multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment. My most enjoyable moments at Talksure would definitely be themed days as it created a vibrant atmosphere amongst the entire company. The most challenging aspects of the job would be cold-calling high rate customers as they did not wish to be called, or have been called numerous times already.
