I work for a great company that promotes growth and I have grown as an indivual.
I enjoy working on all accounts from small to big ones and getting exposed to all kinds of people in the cooperate world. I have learnt a lot when it comes to IT and marketing from hosting events and to problem solving and being exposed to all sorts of personalities.
Pros: Great place for growth.
Cons: alot of deadlines and working under pressure.

I feel that the experience i have from T-SYSTEMS can be implemented
I am a very dedicated, well presented and hardworking individual, looking for an opportunity to extend my skills and experience in the IT and Customer Service industries. My present and previous work experience has given me a step in the right direction with regards to my career. I always strive to be the best at what I do and I handle my duties and responsibilities with great pleasure and willingness. I am also a team worker with a fresh and creative mind.
Pros: Rendering a good customer service and going an extra mile

Excellent work ethic
Working at T-systems is good, i have a good relationship with the auditee including the audit team itself. We are a very small group but very diligent and perform as expected. I have learnt to work in a small team and meet the demands of the client with fewer resources. The most challenging aspects of the job is helping the client understand the position of in-house audit team, that we are still independent despite being employees of the company.
Pros: Opportunity to learn from European countries as the company is a German company

Good place to learn
I have learned to work with computer networks, installing printers, installing software and hardware as well as troubleshooting circuit. I have also work with servers

Working as a service desk agent help me a-lot to understand different network application and isolating and resolving incidents and request. i was given a knowledge on how to utilize resources to assist client and training on how to provide excellent service. my proudest moment was when i qualified for Incentive for two consecutive months. it gave me an image that i'm accountable and can archive.

Cons: not out going or active to social activity for employees

Good place to learn
I am hard worker who is always edge to learn new things, able to work with team/ individual and also to work under minimal supervision. I have work as desktop support technician supporting all the approved software, printers as well as maintaning hardware, network and troubleshooting hardware.
