Learning opportunity

Good learning experience Not a big company so I'm exposed to alot more then I would be in a bigger company. Co-workers are pleasant to work with. But not much value placed on level of education. Most managers only have a matric certificate.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn in and out of Supply Chain
Cons: Long working hours AND not much scope for Salary bracket to increase

Needing a new challenge a breath of fresh ideas

Micro managemet and lack of communication support and hidden HR instructions, The peopple in high management positions are clueslessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

In-service training

Checking of non conformance's from the stuff, weighing of bread and also filling in Food safety documents. I work closely with production staff and some of the maintenance personnel, I have learnt to conduct a Pest control audit and to review a customer complaints and also performing a mock recall. I mostly enjoy conducting training of staff and making sure GMP's are being adhered to. The most challenging aspect is when I have to deal with rude employees.

Pros: great opportunity to gain experience as a student
Cons: Do not take students permanent after their internship

Excellent in communication

Its a very nice place to work, easy to adapt, great staff that is working there, hot environment. White managers not even a single black person intop position

I have been working for a one of biggest Bakeries in KZN Sunshine bakery as a dispatch ckark

My job description duties is stated on my cv attached Loading and offloading of trucks, reports on spreadsheet and excel such as daily crates report, BOT report, daily cycle counts (physically and systemically), raising orders on JDE, crediting OB's (Old breads) Physically and systemically, supervising staff such as Drivers, Van Assistance, and Loaders

Pros: Started as Store Controller / Procurement and Promoted to Dispatch
Cons: 11 hours Per Shift
