There is favouritism in my work industry that makes it difficult for proper growth and learning good skills

It was a very good things working with people who are passionate about their work.

Everyday when we open the store we make sure to clean and unpack the stock from boxes,I was very friendly with my coworkers,I've learnt to respect the customer and reach their requirements,I enjoyed showing customers sales and how high quality is our brandy,when we find that stock is missing was the biggest challenge but working as a team helps a lot.

Pros: Great opportunities for promotions
Cons: From 7:00 am to 18:00 pm

Interpersonal skill

A typical day at work it's all about customer service. I have maintained a good relationship with my co-employees.I have learned how to treat a customer,to customer his or her space while shopping before you offer assistance I have learned how to be patient with difficult customers how to respond to their complaint. I love helping people I wouldn't mind spending an hour with one customer helping out. I was challenged with theft an fraud in our store where customers steal clothing especially on a busy day like month end.

I am hard work i know how to treat customers and stuff.

In retail u must have the way of treat the stuf in the shop and the customer that comes inside the shop they must see the smile in the shop when u help them in the shop.The importent thing in the shop we must work as team that is very important in retail everything will be find at work.

Fast learner

Working hard and giving consumers excellent service. Having a good relationship with consumers gives impressions for them to buy what is being sold.my relationship with my co workers was very impressive because I was able to admit mistakes, in this way this conserve a healthy working environment. What I enjoyed most was being a sales person because I learnt keeping smile on my face would impress my customers.

Pros: Hard worker and giving consumers excellent service and fast learner.etrovert and able to decent work life balance
Cons: Long working hours,pressure can be significant and I must accept pretty competitive field

Excellent learning curve

We'll I'm a very hard working lady,I beiive in building a relationship with my stuff and clients in order for me to reach my target and give the company a good image. I like a good challenge since it give me a platform to prove myself that I can do more.

Pros: Opportunities are there its up to one to grab them and show willingness

Good experience in castomer care/ businesses in general

I gaint experience alot of experience in castomer care and well in the business world in general i now know how to cope with over the yop customers and good/great ones too with humility and also how to cope with deferent types of coworkers.

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt to work with my co workers with respect and good understanding of doing things at work,i enjoyed counting stock with them. The most challenging aspect we face is when we have stock loss.

Pros: Great opportunity of communication with people e and gaining more skill and knowledge
