Learned a lot about the retail industry and the relationship with my co_workers was absolutely fine & they helped me settle well in that company I learned that dealing with different personalities is so good _& bad at the same time I learned that retail ain't easy If we lose a stock there will be consequences for all of us

Excellent learning experience

I’m an energetic man currently working for RCL foods baking division. I expertise in establishing rules and guidelines for team meetings, methodology for the establishment of procedural requirements with relevant management system procedures. I have the overall responsibility for the practical organisation of the day to day maintenance operation. I have 6 year’s experience in sales and customer service, and 5 years in retail. I have strong interpersonal and a team leader.

Best sales person

My experience in retail sector has helped me refine my Communication and telephone skills.. I've been well trained by various companies with admin duties, professionalism and organizing skills. I am also interested in learning more about any industry i may be in and insure that i have a knowledge of what i am doing going forward. I am fast and believe in professionalism and good business etiquette Relationships with my co-workers was professional to an extended where i was nominated to be an assistance manager The most challenging aspect of the job where only the time where we needed to make our day budget during the week cause a lot of money was needed. But we as the workers could manage to do it working as a team

It grows you as a person and there are lot of carrier's

The company is good I won't but it unfortunate to loss my job in a bad way due to the their General Manager who has been racists towards black people, because of most of the managers in the company are black people so he hates that, me lossing my job it was his fault not that I did a wrong thing to put my job at rrisk I had a great team behind me who I always shared the information with in what ever I'm being told to do I wanted them to learn as well and get promoted to become Future Assistant, Manager's and store managers, I've learned a lot I won't starting there as a casual to become a permanent salesman worked my way up to be a assistant manager, and know being a store Manager its because of I wanted to know more and learn and also take responsibilities

Pros: As a saleman/lady as long as you show the desire to work anything is possible
Cons: Only in public holidays

Excellent learning curve

It's a great place to start your career you learn the basics on how to make sales and to reach your target each month.you get promoted when the times comes from the entry level which is a salesman to b an assistant manager than from there to be a manager.

Good Learning Skills

work understood properly,good marketing skills and long hours without lunch time.Long hours not paid.The Environment not hearlthy,the water in the store very bad,we as employees can not even drink the water.

Great challenge

I learn a lot from my previous company,I was a team leader,I was a merchandiser,I was a cashier,I was doing admin.I was driving the sales.I was friendly with my staff but when it comes to work I was hard on them.house keeping it was the best thing I ever learn.I was enjoying a lot when I reach my daily target or monthly budget.challenging aspect when you have to solve the problem with the customer or staff members.

I'm very hardworking always Will to contribute to the growth of the environment I'll placed on.

We over working with less salary and no bonus but more tax. We not even sure about our fhre one person mess up w all getfired. We working under lot of pressure. A person stand for the hold day. We don't get paid for overtime
