Steve Biko is a big institution with mission, vision, value for the people to achieve the objective of the organisation by rendering a good service to the people to the people or clients with a good quality standard and transparency of information and value for money in order to ensure that all clients receive equal services without discrimination.These organisation considered Batho pele principles for example: to care about our customer to be satisfied and access to the people.

Cons: as i am hard woker and willing to learn, cooperative, working as a team , you company will gain more and get some changes by hiring me, because i have my listening skills and interpersonal skill to be able to make you company benefit

Being on radio and being exposed to the industry

My company is very fast paced environment and its important to get a grip of tasks quickly and deadline is very important.A typical work day would involve preparing content and doing research and editing whatever content that needs editing.My relationship with my co-workers is harmonious we are able to well as a team and co-operate.Iv learnt how to work efficiently so that iam able to meet deadlines,what i enjoy most is the content preparation and research.

Learning curve

It is a great opportunity for me were by,i'm learning lot of things in different department to get more experience and to ensure that what ever the challenge i met i mustn't struggle such because by den i'll be knowing and gained lot of experience to perform any administrator job

Excellent learning experience

A workday starts early and has an unpredictable ending time. Many challenges throughout the day which makes the job worthwhile. Work environment was great and very supportive staff. The greatest learning curve has to be that talent cannot replace hard work. Making a difference in the lives of people justifies the hard work.. The tricky part of the job would be the transition to working with adults to children , however, if there are no challenges, job becomes redundant.

Skills perfection.

My relationship with my co-workers it is very good because we work as the team and we are united. I have learned to be very patience and take each day at work as the learning curve and use very opportunity that comes to learn from it and use it as the advantage. I enjoy working with different people in a different medical professional. The most challenging aspects about my job is to assist at the hospital ward. I assists with the hospital events at all from the the preparation of the events, the main events and the after events. I work the food management as well when the is events help with ordering food for the events and deliver them at the events.
