Team leader, admin work
I set targets for my team and make sure that those targets are being met, if they don't reach the targets I motivate my team and come up with another way of reaching them. I do roster/schedule for my team , I receive and Gr stock. My relationship with my co-workers is very good because one of our value is Communication so if they have something they don't understand they communicate with me which make it much easier for me and my team to work together.I have learnt to always humble yourself when you work with people and I have learnt how to solve customer issues.and I have learnt how to motivate my team in a good manner if they didn't reach the target. What I enjoy most is when I make my customers happy. The challenging aspects is the age restrictions when the customers don't understand age restrictions when they insist to watch that movie with kids under age.

Perfect place for young people who have ambitions to make a career in retail
Great place to start out your career in retail with a lot of opportunities to grow and get to the next level. A day to day interaction with customers, making sure that their expectations at met or exceeded. Managing staff and give them guidance towards reaching our daily, weekly and monthly targets, maintain the day to day running of the business. My relationship with my colleagues and staff is fairly good and professional, with those light moments being shared from time to time. One of the most important things that I have learnt is patience. I enjoy challenges as they bring out the best in me and once I overcome them I get this fulfillment sense and joy in me.The most challenging part of my job is when I hàve to work a night shift.

Good in management
My objective is to be innovative, knowledgeable and experienced while keeping an open mind in the Real Estate, Property Management and Property Facilities and Operations discipline. Drive to excel and my versatile involvement in the various academic activities within the discipline makes me understand the level of professionalism, competence and communication required for long-term success in the field.

Not too great
HHours are long yet do not get paid overtime. Whenever stuff enquire about the salaries they are told to work with what they have. I have worked in different departments and worse doing a supervisors job description yet getting paid less than expected. Colleagues are great.ours are long yet do not get paid overtime. I have experience in human resources with sterkinekor theatres and labour relations with department of agric. I can work under pressure and ready to face any working challenge.

Excellent time management skills
I am an organised and dedicated employee with strong attention to details. The reason I love my current work is because I deal with different personalities almost everyday as I am under recruitment. Even though the only disavantage is when a candidate postpone the interview 3Times before it can happen,mean the time frame that I've put to complete the process will not work anymore. But overall I'm happy with HR.

Low salaries
I am currently working there because I haven't got the better job in fact the salaries are very bad compare to hard work that we are doing and there are no benefits because we working so hard for just peanuts if can get another job I will resign for immediate effect Thank you

Excellent learning curve
I am an organised and dedicated employee with strong attention to details and excellent time management skills. With the experience and qualifications i've got, I believe I am ready for any working challenge. As currently I am working under recruitment I have learnt many things and I believe I am now a more stronger person as at first it was very challenging,and also through the support and guidance from my colleagues is very super.
