Good exposure
I have all the xposure I need but there is no freedom to do things you feel will benefit the company. There are too many people that bare willing to bend over backwards to stray away from their duties as Professionals. Characters are mixed and with that tempers always flare up and I feel I do well under these circumstances. I have had a chance to prove myself in different aspects of the building trade.
Pros: Good working relationships.
Cons: Dont care attitude from management makes people complaisant.

Good exposure

Hard working and able to work under pressure and different circumstances
I am an energetic and enthusiastic professional with +5 years of experience in Civil Engineering in Projects and Maintenance. I have worked on various diversified domain projects both locally and internationally ranging from medium to large scale industries. I can handle multiple responsibilities and I am competent in handling projects independently, building committed teams, forecasting practical problems and determining feasible solutions. Cons: we as construction we have adapted to work long hours and starting the day early,as a construction worker I needed to have a strong i interpersonal skills as I deal with different people every time.

I leant a lot at stocks and whiling to use them with you
I'm a good worker,like to help people around,I'm a team player,love my work,want to learn new things and if you make me part of your hard working team you will not be sorry

Good. company
I did enjoy working under contractions. I did lean a lot. An I was still leaning a lot every time. I was working very well with my co-worker. And enjoying working with them. Cause I'm a hard worker an expert everybody around me to do the same. I like facing some challenge s cause I lean a lot from it. Cause I prefer to Solve the problem now.

Application for a job
Compile job specifications for vacant positions with consultation with relevant manager. Assist HR Officer in compiling internal advertisements and external adverts as required. Ensure professional CV response handling takes place e.g. forwarding regret letter to all job applicant Liaise with recruitment agencies for possible candidates. Assist HR Officer in short listing applications and conduct interviews as required. Make recommendations to management

Escellent learning curve
the company is well established. Enjoyable to work with employees and they are freindly. They make my day to day work very smooth and effective.I am happy to be part of Stefanutti Stock Structure because is the company that allows me to share my ideas to learn and apply my strategies. I love people here they'reso welcoming and friendly. The best mentor and Supervisor too. I'm indeed greatful considering me in this opportunity.

Task execution
My daily routine on site is to assess the area of work prior work commence and discuss relevant administration documents to employees and of course with assistance to their site Supervisor. WE as site management, ensure that all personal on site takes part to reduce the level of incidents on site by reporting the unsafe act and conditions ( brother's keeper). what I really enjoy most is the commitment of all top management, lower management and going down to the workforce when ensuring that SAFE Production is produced and all persons goes home safe without any harm.last but not least, I personally have not yet seen a job without challenges but a TEAM always wins,and that is how we manage to succeed all the time.
Pros: The organisation taught me a lot of things and I am still grateful for the opportunities they gave me. I belive it is only fair for one to learn on other field go safety to be able to achieve.

Good
I enjoyed team working and reaching targets I learned to work in all aspects levels ,to tacle any job from labour to management in order to always win as ateam ,and helping in all department, iI enjoyed quality inspection the most because its were u meet the clients and able to know more about their expectations,also to ressolve disputes among the team. The most challenging aspects is when we get a non conformance report ,meetings and evaluating problems.
