Good exposure
I have all the xposure I need but there is no freedom to do things you feel will benefit the company. There are too many people that bare willing to bend over backwards to stray away from their duties as Professionals. Characters are mixed and with that tempers always flare up and I feel I do well under these circumstances. I have had a chance to prove myself in different aspects of the building trade.
Pros: Good working relationships.
Cons: Dont care attitude from management makes people complaisant.

Good exposure

Hard working and able to work under pressure and different circumstances
I am an energetic and enthusiastic professional with +5 years of experience in Civil Engineering in Projects and Maintenance. I have worked on various diversified domain projects both locally and internationally ranging from medium to large scale industries. I can handle multiple responsibilities and I am competent in handling projects independently, building committed teams, forecasting practical problems and determining feasible solutions. My character portrays that of excellence, maturity, honesty, loyalty and working as a Construction manager has broadened my Civil Engineering knowledge. I have handled and ensured that projects are implemented as per customer specification and complete in stipulated time with quality.I have experience in cost evaluation techniques, drafting project report and compiling cost reports for the project
Pros: To become a full time site agent as I have the capabilities to become one
Cons: we as construction we have adapted to work long hours and starting the day early,as a construction worker I needed to have a strong i interpersonal skills as I deal with different people every time.

Good. company
I did enjoy working under contractions. I did lean a lot. An I was still leaning a lot every time. I was working very well with my co-worker. And enjoying working with them. Cause I'm a hard worker an expert everybody around me to do the same. I like facing some challenge s cause I lean a lot from it. Cause I prefer to Solve the problem now.

Good. company

Working on site for the first time was an adventure
First time working on site is a very demanding job, needs one to be alert at all times due to the fact you are working with many people at once. Its a nice environment, learning new this about construction procedures and processes. one challenge i came across is working hours bt eventually i got used to them

Excellent Learning Curve
I enjoy working for Stef Stocks. Ive been exposed to a lot and Ive learned a lot. My department is a small team of 10 people and we all get along well with each other. I like the fact that I work independently and unsupervised.

Good learning curve.
It is a good thing to working with the company, I'm working under tailing operations, I have learned because is the first time working shift job,I learned to an operater,both for pump station and monitor guns, changing 8 and 6 mm diameter pipes.also learned how to work safely as a safety Rep.

Excellent
Its fun and sometimes kinda challanging on a typical day we get to work untill late but i had good co-workers who were a team player. Iv learnt alot especially what happens on the floor iv learnt more about the production and im very active when not busy i go on the floor and see what the guys do there and they always teach me .

Career advancement.
This is a branch of a big company and is sometimes overlooked in terms of support and opportunities. I would like to gain more experience as I feel I have reached the ceiling in this company and my manager does not seem to be able to promote all of us to seniors as we currently do not have other jobs ongoing. I need to run my own jobs and I believe I have the experience and I have the know how of all the requirements and will excel at any project offered to me at this time. I want to do more and I miss the job satisfaction I was getting when I arrived at the company.
Pros: Gain more experience.
Cons: Too many level to get to management.
