Supportive individuals. lack of cutting edge, not regarded as a core business fubction

Opportunities are selective... Not a level playing field. Promotional criteria and success is not clear. Average good and great not defined. Failure can get you crucified. So boundary exploration not encouraged. It is career limiting line managers will yell you that and hamper your growth.

• Provide client support and technical issue resolution • Configure client’s equipment(Printer,Tablets,Phone) • Configure and install software • Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services • Research and learn about new software in the market that relates to the organization’s functions • Identify and solve various IT related problems • Troubleshooting • Resolving users calls using Remedy

A lot to learn

Great place to start your career. The bank is highly respected in the South Africa Be informed and inquire about every thing, be encouraged and engaged. You can build a great career at the bank. They need to just compensate their employees accordingly because they say they want to retain the best so they must reward their talent.n market.

Great company for growth, excellent customer service support

Great support from team members, good platform to interact with clients and a great platform to help with problem solving. Great place to push you to reach set targets, be willing to go an extra mile for great service to clients. An ambassador for fmtreating customers fairly
