I'm looking for a place where I can grow learn be myself and not put down but uplifting in terms of work and home life balance. I am a self starter, confident in my abilities to go above and beyond. I am not here to baby my boss(es) but to help them be better at their jobs, helping them grow and helping myself to grow. Best part of being a PA is making my boss(es) look good and being appreciated for my efforts and being compensated and thanked for my work.

WORKING AS A UNIVERSAL BANK OF STANDARD BANK.

WE WORK DIFFERENT SHIFTS ON A WEEKLY BASIS.MY CURRENT RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS IS THAT WHEN I LEFT MY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER SOME OF MY PREVIOUS CO WORKERS LEFT WITH ME FOR GOWTH REASONS AND CHANGE OF SCENIRY . SO I CURRENTLY SUPPORT THEM IN TERMS OF TEACHING THEM THE SYSTEMS AND THE LEARNINGS INCLUDING MY NEW COLLEAQUES. I HAVE LEARNT A LOT OF NEW SKILLS AND LIFE SKILLS THAT I AM ABLE TO APPLY IN MY OWN LIFE. I ENJOYTHE HYBRID WORKING MODEL AND THE BALANCE BETWEEN WORK AND LIFE.CURRENRTLY THE CONSTANT CHANGES AND SOME CHANGES DONT HAVE ALL POSSIBILTIES COVERED.

Cons: SOME SYSTEMS AND PROCESSESS HAVEN'T BEEN ESTABLISHED AS YET CAUSING A BIT OR CONFUSION AND POSSIBLE LOSSES.
