Good learning curve
I met all my goals for last year. I am doing book performance analysis but I think I am fine with that now, I would love to move to a space where I can apply my agricultural economics skills and expertise.

Good learning curve..
The day start with connect sessions on how to attain targets for the day Always accomodate team members and always work in. Team..give support when in difficulty...acknowledge one and other. Must be respectful and understanding Caring empathetic sympathetic Learnt to understand different cultures Enjoy working with people and also enjoy selling it make me motivated especially when I attain my targets Most challenging is one has targets daily and sometimes we cannot attain that target and then have to try the next day which makes it harder..get concluded deals

What I enjoy most
I enjoy the flexibility and the fast paced environment that i work in. I have an excellent working relationship with my co-workers and directors that i supportoth opportunities for staff and you are n charge of your own development and growth. The amazing culture nad the vibrant working environment is what makes me excied to go to work every day.
